Failed to show progess bar which is seted outside.

According to setting, there is always showing progess bar but failed.
This situation happened when i used mouse to drag progess bar and released it.
Thus, when i hovered the bottom of the player, it has been flashing frequently, even i can not click the progess bar immediately.

I can't reproduce it by dragging the progress bar, can you give me a gif or video? Could you also tell me your browser and machine environment?

ccfood: The image is too small to see what is going on...... But if it's occurring even though you have "Always display player bar" set to enable, then it seems to be a bug that I can't reproduce over here.
